Las Vegas, NV — DreamSpring, a nonprofit Community Development organization committed to increasing access to capital for small business owners, has been awarded a $10,000 Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) grant from City National Bank. The unrestricted program support will help fuel DreamSpring’s economic development efforts in Clark County, Nevada — home to one of the most dynamic and diverse small business communities in the nation.

The funding will support DreamSpring’s continued work providing access to credit, business training, and one-on-one support to underserved entrepreneurs who are building businesses and creating jobs across Southern Nevada.
“More than 99% of all Nevada businesses are small businesses, and thanks to partners like City National Bank, we can provide the capital, resources, and encouragement entrepreneurs need to thrive,” says Meghan Rauker, West Region Community Engagement Manager for DreamSpring.
City National Bank’s CRA grants are designed to support initiatives that promote economic growth and community well-being in underserved regions. With this investment, DreamSpring will expand its reach and impact among Clark County entrepreneurs, many of whom face barriers to traditional financing but have the vision and determination to grow businesses that power their local economies.
DreamSpring’s support for Nevada entrepreneurs includes flexible financing, financial education, and wraparound services tailored to the needs of small business owners across industries and backgrounds.
