    Loans are available to help for-profit and nonprofit entities build or renovate commercial spaces that attract businesses and create economic benefits, as well as construct workforce housing or infrastructure for affordable housing across New Mexico. Projects must demonstrate that other financing options are unavailable or insufficient. For commercial projects, the developer cannot be the primary occupant of the facility.

    Commercial construction: Two-part applications are due Aug. 13 (Part One) and Aug. 15 (Part Two).
