Dallas, TX — DreamSpring extends its heartfelt congratulations to Alice Rodriguez, Chair of the DreamSpring Board of Directors, for her recognition as the 2025 Latina Living Legend by the DFW Hispanic 100. The honor was announced at the annual Latina Living Legend Luncheon, held in Dallas on Oct. 2.

The event honors exceptional Latina leaders whose careers and community engagement have created lasting impact across North Texas and beyond. Event proceeds benefit the Latina Giving Circle at the Texas Women’s Foundation, which has distributed nearly $886,000 in grants to 195 organizations advancing education and opportunity for women and girls.

This year’s luncheon celebrated two extraordinary honorees: Alice Rodriguez, 2025 Latina Living Legend, and Aracely P. Muñoz, recipient of the 2025 Emerging Latina Leader Award.

“Tonight, we celebrated two remarkable leaders, and the collective strength of Latinas who continue to shape North Texas through vision, courage, and purpose,” said Mary Ann Kellam, President of the DFW Hispanic 100, during the event. “Alice and Aracely represent the best of who we are — trailblazers who open doors for others and inspire us to lead with both impact and heart.”

Alice’s recognition as a Latina Living Legend reflects her decades of leadership and commitment to empowering others. Over a 35-year career at JPMorgan Chase, she held executive roles in Business Banking, Consumer Banking, and Wealth Management. As Head of the Community Impact Organization, Alice led initiatives that united business, philanthropy, and public policy to drive widespread economic growth.

Today, Alice continues to champion opportunity as a board member of Oncor Electric Delivery and Cadence Bank. She brings her deep expertise and passion for small business to DreamSpring, where in her capacity as Board Chair, she guides the organization’s mission to expand access to capital and unlock potential through entrepreneurship.

Alice’s own experience as a small business owner at Kendall Milagro Inc. gives her a firsthand understanding of the challenges and triumphs entrepreneurs face — insight that informs her leadership and deepens her commitment to helping others build thriving businesses and stronger communities.

“Alice leads with vision, generosity, and grace,” says Marisa Barrera, Acting CEO of DreamSpring. “Her influence extends far beyond the boardroom. She inspires others to dream big, lift their communities, and create lasting opportunity. We’re delighted to celebrate this well-deserved recognition of Alice’s leadership and impact.”

DreamSpring joins the DFW Hispanic 100 and the entire North Texas community in congratulating Alice on this remarkable honor. Her leadership and service continue to illuminate new paths for entrepreneurs and changemakers everywhere.
