    Dear DreamMakers,

Seeing flowers in bloom after a long winter is a welcome sign of Spring. It's also a wonderful reminder of the resilience of the small business owners that DreamSpring is fortunate to serve. I feel grateful and proud to reflect on how, together, we have persevered through challenges large and small to expand entrepreneurship with critical access to capital, education, and encouragement.

Over the past 29 years, we have witnessed entrepreneurs rise above obstacles and persevere in the face of adversity again and again. I continue to be inspired by our clients — as well as by your commitment to small businesses as advocates, customers, and partners — as we propel economic opportunity forward.

Our collective resilience has been tested many times. It will undoubtedly be tested again as we navigate the changing economy. Yet our team remains resolute in our desire to build new pathways to financial access for small business owners, just as they remain steadfast in their reach toward economic justice. I look forward to working with you to build our collective strength and uncover wonderful new realities through entrepreneurship.

    With appreciation,
