This program awards $20,000 grants to U.S. small businesses whose owners demonstrate courage, perseverance, and integrity. Three winners are selected each quarter, receiving both funding and growth resources. Nominations are open to anyone who wants to recognize a small business hero.

Hustler’s MicroGrant

Deja Vu Parker of WBLS and HerSuiteSpot present the Hustler’s MicroGrant, awarding $1,000 to support promising small businesses. Applications are accepted monthly on a rolling basis with a $15 application fee.

Amber Grant Foundation

Founded by WomensNet in 1998, the Amber Grant Foundation aims to support women entrepreneurs by awarding a series of grants throughout the year. This includes a $10,000 monthly Amber Grant, two $25,000 annual Amber Grants, a $10,000 monthly startup grant, and 12 business category grants, each providing an additional $10,000 monthly. All eligible applications remain active until the month of their specific category.

LinkedIn Premium and Learning for Military Spouses

Eligible U.S. military spouses can access a free year of LinkedIn Premium and LinkedIn Learning to boost their career growth, expand their network, and gain access to more than 20,000 courses on in-demand skills.

T-Mobile Hometown Grants

T-Mobile is investing $25 million in 500 rural towns over five years to help bring community project ideas to life. Grants of up to $50,000 are available for nonprofit organizations (501(c)(3) or 501(c)(6)) and local government entities in towns with populations under 50,000. Eligible projects include technology upgrades, outdoor spaces, arts initiatives, and community centers. Applicants must submit a shovel-ready project plan, budget, timeline, letters of support, and details on permits or additional funding. Colorado: Business Initiation Grant

The Business Initiation Grant offers up to $5,000 to qualifying new businesses to help cover startup costs. Applicants must have a fully developed business plan reviewed by the Aurora-South Small Business Development Center and maintain a physical storefront or business presence in a commercial or industrial district. Businesses opened in Englewood within the last 12 months are eligible to apply.

The New Mexico Small Business Assistance (NMSBA) Program connects small businesses with scientists and engineers at Los Alamos and Sandia national laboratories to solve technical challenges at no cost. Since 2000, NMSBA has supported over 3,200 companies and helped create or retain 11,000+ jobs statewide. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis.
