    NATIONAL BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES

    2026 Famous Amos Ingredients for Success Initiative 

    Ferrero North America and the U.S. Black Chambers host this annual award program to support early-stage Black business owners. Eligible businesses must be at least 90% Black-owned and operating for five years or less. Selected entrepreneurs receive a $50,000 capital award alongside mentorship and curated educational resources. To apply, founders age 21 or older must submit a short video pitch.

    Apply by June 1.

    2026 D-Prize

    The D-Prize awards up to $20,000 to early-stage entrepreneurs launching ventures that distribute proven poverty interventions. The program focuses on impactful sectors like public health and agriculture. It is open to new entrepreneurs aiming to scale solutions in underserved communities.

    2026 Jobber Grants for Home Service Businesses 

    Jobber grants of $10,000 to $100,000 help nine home service business owners and aspiring entrepreneurs jumpstart their ventures. The funding provides a financial boost to help you scale operations or get a new idea off the ground.

    2026 Cartier Women’s Initiative

    This initiative awards three prizes —$100,000 for first place, $60,000 for second, and $30,000 for third — to women-led ventures across industries working to solve global challenges.

    Entreprenista Evolve Grant x GIMME Beauty

    The Entreprenista Evolve Grant partners with family-owned hair care brand GIMME Beauty to offer $5,000 seasonal funding for women founders. To qualify, your business must be operating for at least one year and generating a minimum of $100,000 in annual revenue. This grant is designed to give established founders the resources needed to scale their ventures.

    Allstate Main Street Grants Program

    Allstate is committing $2M to support small businesses fueling Main Streets across America. Up to 250 entrepreneurs will be selected for a 12-week virtual Boost Camp accelerator covering operations, marketing, and financial planning. From that group, 100 will also receive $20,000 grants to power their next stage of growth. Applicants must lead a for-profit business, have generated at least $25,000 in revenue in 2025, and not have participated in a Hello Alice Boost Camp within the past year.  

    Apply by June 23.

    2026 Faire Small Business Grant

    The Faire wholesale marketplace offers $5,000 in credit to stock the shelves of select retail stores opened since January 2024. The funding is specifically designated for wholesale inventory orders placed directly on the platform. Applicants must submit a video.

    Awesome Foundation Micro-Grants

    The Awesome Foundation distributes $1,000 no-strings-attached micro-grants to community-focused small businesses and creative projects. Founders can submit a short pitch to their nearest state chapter for consideration during the June or July funding cycles. The application is free and requires no lengthy paperwork. 

    Apply by June 30 or July 31 (varies by local chapter).

    IFundWomen Universal Grant Application 

    IFundWomen partners with enterprise brands to distribute capital to women-owned businesses. Instead of tracking individual pop-up deadlines, founders can complete one free universal application. The platform uses this database to match businesses with rolling grant cycles.

    The Lightship Foundation hosts multi-day bootcamps to provide underrepresented founders with dedicated mentorship and network building. Participants engage in focused workshops covering business strategy as well as fundraising preparation.

    The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation provides $5,000 grants to small businesses after a qualifying disaster is declared in their area.

    Georgia: Walmart Road to Open Call at RICE 

    Walmart is returning to the Russell Innovation Center for Entrepreneurs (RICE) in Atlanta for the third consecutive year. As part of the national Road to Open Call initiative, retail representatives will engage directly with small business owners on June 23 to evaluate pitches and explore new products. This is a great pathway to showcase your product-based business’ shelf-ready goods and open doors to national distribution.

    North Carolina: 2026 Alamance County Small Business Grant Program  

    The Alamance Chamber offers two tiers of funding. Launch Grants provide up to $5,000 for new ventures under two years old. Growth Grants offer up to $15,000 for established businesses seeking capital to scale operations or train their workforce. Priority goes to businesses demonstrating sustainable innovation and a clear plan for job creation. 

    Apply by June 26.

    Ohio and Pennsylvania: 2026 USDA Rural Business Development Grants  

    The USDA provides Enterprise Grants for nonprofit businesses serving rural communities. Eligible organizations must operate outside the urbanized periphery of any city with a population of 50,000 or more. These funds can be utilized to facilitate specialized training or equipment acquisition that directly bolsters the local economy.

    Texas: 2026 Texas Rural Grant 

    Texas Woman's University is offering $10,000 grants to small businesses located in eligible rural Texas counties. To qualify, your for-profit business must have been operating in Texas for at least three years. The funds can be used to undertake new projects or purchase equipment to help grow your operations.

    Illinois: 2026 Juneteenth Conference

    This two-day, in-person conference in Chicago focuses on entrepreneurship, tech leadership, and business scaling for Black professionals. The event features conversations about building companies, raising capital, and creating opportunity, alongside technical sessions spanning AI, data science, and cloud architecture. $75 ticket includes the keynote, 10 curated sessions, the community hackathon, and a t-shirt.

    The Oklahoma Center for the Advancement of Science and Technology offers up to $500,000 in matching funds for in-state companies. These grants support the development and commercialization of new technologies that benefit the local economy. The program accepts applications on an ongoing basis.

    Louisiana: LED Small Business Loan Guaranty Program

    Louisiana Economic Development helps business owners secure traditional financing by providing a guaranty of up to 80% on loan amounts. The program caps at $1.5M and asks for a 15% equity contribution from the founder. This is an ongoing resource designed to help you overcome traditional lending barriers so you can focus on expansion.

    Tennessee: LaunchTN Matching Fund

    Launch Tennessee offers targeted matching funds to state-based startups that have already secured a federal Small Business Innovation Research or Small Business Technology Transfer award.     NM CreativeCon is a celebration of New Mexico’s creative community. Hosted by the New Mexico Economic Development Department’s Creative Industries Division, CreativeCon brings together creative entrepreneurs, community partners, and support organizations from across the state to connect, learn, and share ideas. $25 tickets go back to the NMEDD grant fund to support more creative businesses.
